3.6.2024 – Our HFC and Calesa networks are undergoing an upgrade process to improve their network performance. You may experience disruptions on Tuesdays between 0:00 and 6:00 AM during our regularly scheduled maintenance period as we implement these changes.
Direct TV – Some customers may experience issues with their Direct TV losing connection intermittently while using Gemini Air devices. These customers describe that their internet is working on other devices and services but that their Direct TV receiver loses internet connection. Our engineers have investigated this issue and found no aspect of our service to be responsible. We are however still working with Direct TV to identify and help remedy this problem. Direct TV has advised us to refer affected customers to their support number so that they can track and escalate this issue.
